Tero Edge, Inc. ("Tero," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights related to our platform.

We may also collect limited usage data to monitor and secure the platform, including IP address, browser type, login timestamps, and general metadata about how users interact with the application. We do not track user behavior for marketing or profiling purposes within the product.
1.1 Telemetry and System Data
We access telemetry streams, such as logs, metrics, and traces, only to extract representative samples needed to build and maintain a semantic index of patterns. We do not ingest or store full telemetry data.

4. Data Minimization and Retention
We do not store or back up your full telemetry data. The source of record for full logs, metrics, and traces remains your observability provider. Stored patterns, metadata, and samples are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the Service. You may request deletion of any stored data associated with your account. We delete all retained data within 30 days of account termination unless otherwise required by law.
